Via high-quality interactions of course! According to new research from Sara Soderstrom and Klaus Weber, successful interactions between employees generated "attention, motivation, knowledge, relationships, and resources" that drove this organizational change.


I've heard leaders say before that culture or interpersonal conflict doesn't matter - just get the "right" people in and we'll figure out the rest. That's incredibly naive. You need people who are going to connect with one another to even have the chance at meaningful organizational change.
